Ministerul s-a gandit ca e mai bine sa ii atace pe fraierii care isi bat joc si suna la 112 din smecherie deca sa le dea o amenda, care in prezent se invarte intre 500 si 1.000 lei. Atacul va presupune in prima faza trimiterea de 20 - 50 SMS-uri kamikaze care sa incalzeasca urmatoarea faza si anume catapultarea a catorva sute de SMS-uri cu singurul scop de a bloca si neutraliza telefonul fraierului smecher.
Oare vor trimite doar un SMS blank sau vor baga si ceva mesaj de exemplu: "Felicitari 112 te-a ales castigator la concursul "Fraierul Anului!". Premiul consta in trimiterea acestui mesaj de 9999999 ori. Felicitari si sa aveti o zi buna!"
